Graphic Designer

We are seeking a graphic designer to innovate our visual communication. As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for designing assets for marketing and creative online and offline campaigns, displays ads, banners, driving customers to our website and improve navigation, support our growing social media presence and produce visual content for marketing campaigns.


  • Design and produce innovative and engaging visual content to support online and offline marketing campaigns, social media presence, advertising and promotional assets and communication needs.

  • Produce user-focused designed assets in Adobe Creative Suite based solutions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) incorporating all elements of a great user experience

  • Ensure that image quality is at maximum on all pages designed and fonts and type are legible across a range of web design requirements

  • Basic retouching, re-sizing and colour adjustments on images as required

  • Prepare and build HTML and text based emails using the more suitable software including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and email marketing software

  • Ensure assets are delivered on time

  • Take responsibility for the set-up and testing of emails campaigns using an email service provider

  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practice

  • Ensure that all branding and visual identity guidelines are adhered to

  • Keep up-to-date with the world of social media and digital innovation as well as emerging design trends in order to make recommendations for best in class / leading creative formats


Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication function (with a dotted line in to the Fashion Editor)


Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Media Production, or similar, or relevant work experience


  • Excellent Dreaweaver, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, InDesign CC skills. Excellent understanding of in HTML/CSS and responsive design techniques

  • Knowledge of media file types: PNG, JPG, Animated GIF, etc.

  • Good understanding of usability and user experience

  • Respect for brand standards and experience working to brand guidelines

  • Proven design experience for a fashion brand or retailer preferred

  • Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and ability to multi-task

  • Social media passionate with a genuine interest in fashion

  • A flexible working attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
