ICFF and Fiera Milano introduce HO.MI. New York
ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair), the premier North American showcase for contemporary interior design, has announced a long term cooperation agreement with Fiera Milano, host of the world’s largest and most prestigious events for the interior design and lifestyle marketplaces, to introduce HO.MI. New York, a “lifestyle trade fair.”
The HO.MI. New York lifestyle exhibition will be a major new feature at the 27th edition of ICFF, held May 16-19, 2015, at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City.
More than 120 top Italian designers and brands will travel to New York to take part in the Ho.MI. New York pavilion showcasing the very best and the latest trends in Italian furniture, home interiors and exteriors decoration, tableware, fragrances and home textiles.
HOMI was founded in Milan less than one year ago around the concept of becoming an international meeting place and inspirational space relating to the lifestyles of a multicultural consumer, attentive to personal care and the health of their environment.
The first two Italian editions this year gained a remarkable success especially among international buyers and trade visitors from all around the world and enhanced the international business aspiration of the show.
The New York exhibition follows the Moscow edition that took place in October during the Moscow Design Week and had more than 8,000 professional visitors.
HOMI in Italy will be back at Fiera Milano from January 17 to 20th, 2015 and will discuss lifestyles, multi-cultural themes and the well-being of the people and their environment in 10 satellites or areas: – Living Habits, Home Wellness, Fragrances & Personal Care, Fashion & Jewels, Gifts & Events, Garden & Outdoor, Kid Style, Home Textiles, Hobby & Work, and Concept Lab.
