Women's fashion by Moncler
Moncler was founded in 1952 by René Ramillon. It takes the name from Monestier de Clermont, the alpine town where the original business was located. Thanks to the designer Chantal Thomass, who worked for Moncler until the end of Eighties, the outwear got a more fashionable aesthetics. In 2003, Remo Ruffini, creative director since 1999, bought Moncler and boosted the company to unprecedented levels.
